Privacy & wedding enquiries
How information moves when you use this website, contact the studio or open your event gallery.
WhatsApp and phone enquiries
The availability form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not save your name, phone number, wedding date, venue or message in a website enquiry database. You review and send the message through WhatsApp. A direct WhatsApp link or phone link remains available if you prefer.
Once you send a message or email, the studio receives the information you share so we can discuss availability and your coverage. Please send only what is needed for your enquiry. WhatsApp and your email or phone provider operate under their own privacy terms.
Simple website measurements
We count page views and actions such as opening WhatsApp, calling or viewing packages. The measurement application stores daily totals by page and action for up to 90 days. It does not store enquiry fields, IP addresses, full referral URLs, message contents or visitor identifiers. It does not set analytics cookies. Counts are not unique visitor numbers or confirmed bookings.
The measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Our hosting provider may separately keep technical access and security logs needed to serve and protect the website.
Private event galleries and FaceFind
Crystal Smart Gallery delivery, album selection and optional FaceFind use Indian Photographer Database. Your studio-provided event link is separate from the public photographer profile. Ask us to confirm your gallery access and the relevant availability windows. Please read IPD’s gallery and FaceFind privacy information before using those features.
