General Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment respective of the package.

Balance payment is to be settled on or before the date of first shoot.

Advance is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Travel & Accommodation

Outstation shoots require the client to cover travel, food, and accommodation for the crew.

3. Working Hours

Each day of coverage includes up to 8 hours of shooting.

Additional hours are chargeable and must be arranged in advance.

4. Deliverables Timeline

Final edited photos will be delivered within 3 to 4 days.

Once received, we need to get the selection of pics for the album within 7 days

Albums designing and video editing will start only after we get the selection of photos for the album, it will take around 40 days for finishing the designs and videos

In case there is a delay in selection of photos, the time frame for album design process will get affected.

5. Albums

The package includes one premium album (depending on the selected plan).

Album content and design will be shared for approval; one round of revisions is included.

Additional albums or extra pages are available at extra cost.

6. Deliverable Formats

Photos will be provided in high-resolution JPEG format via Google Drive.

Videos will be shared via PenDrive.

7. Team Size & Add-ons

Team strength is defined per package. Any request for additional photographers, videographers, drone, etc., will incur extra charges.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure venue access, power supply at venue, food, and seating arrangements for the crew, especially during long shoots or multi-day events.

9. Copyright & Usage

Crystal Visual Media retains rights to use content for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes.

Clients seeking privacy must request in writing before the wedding day which may be subjected to additional payment.
